Storage
The recommended storage temperature is 32°F (0° C).
Nectarines should have a glossy, firm skin, but only moderately hard.
They should be stored at room temperature until completely mature.
Once ripe, keep refrigerated for up to two days to enjoy the fruit to the full.

Display
Display the ready to eat softer fruit which are slightly soft to the touch and have a sweet aroma.
Identify to the customer which are ready to eat and which need to be further ripened at home.
Display in the shipping tray.
Limit the handling of the fruit.
